Folly's Bar & Bistro is the go-to Neighbourhood venue in Cammeray. Our focus is on creating a fun environment for our guests and for those working with us. We can guarantee a friendly venue with delicious food and drink, electric atmosphere with a real neighbourhood feel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years Duty Manager experience, is interested in growing their career in hospitality and can work varying shifts including week days, nights and the weekend. Bar experience an added bonus.
Your responsibilities as a Duty Manager will include assisting the general manager in day to day operations, bookings and compliance. Plus helping maintain good relationships with staff and building great team morale.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Folly's Bar & Bistro, located in Cammeray on Sydney's North Shore (8 minute drive from the CBD, 10 minute bus from Wynyard), is set to open its doors in early November. A local bar & bistro, this will have a casual bar at the front with a great focus on beer, wines and cocktails, along with a serviced bistro out the back. Our food focus is Modern Australian cuisine, leaning heavier into European influence, and our drinks list will focus on Australian produce from local wine suppliers, seasonal produce and local breweries.
